Exclusive Hire
Stubton Hall isn’t just for weddings! We also hire the house on an exclusive basis for corporate events, house parties, country pursuits and locations for film and photo shoots. Our greatest strength is that we are not a clinical, corporate hotel, but an independent and welcoming atmosphere for all sorts of congenial meetings, parties and activities.
Of course our reception rooms and Orangery may be booked for daytime or evening events, but perhaps our greatest asset is that these lovely rooms come with the option of our 15 bedrooms for overnight accommodation.
Corporate events
The variety of reception rooms at Stubton Hall provide spaces both big and small for large meetings and smaller syndicates.
The Orangery can hold 200 people in auditorium style seating and 190 cabaret style. The Music Room, Bow Room, Brown Bar and Conservatory in the main house provide spaces for smaller and more intimate meetings which range from the possibility of 75 people seated auditorium style in the Music Room to a cozy chat for two in the relaxed atmosphere of our Brown Bar.
Outside, our 24 acres of garden and park provide ample room for a marquee or outdoor product launch plus loads of space to run around for team building exercises. In addition to our own park, nearby facilities provide clay pigeon shooting and other team challenge activities.

House parties
Imagine yourselves as the host of a grand party at Stubton Hall. We are a perfect venue for special birthday or anniversary celebrations, family reunions or just a good old knees up with dear friends. You can have each of the reception rooms in the house and its fifteen bedrooms all to yourselves for a swanky party that will be a memorable occasion for you, your family and friends. Holiday parties will be extra special at Stubton Hall, please ask us about our Christmas party packages.
Country pursuits and indoor activities
Stubton is a small village set in the Lincolnshire countryside near the Nottinghamshire border. Our 24 acres of grounds provide space for a wide range of outdoor and team building events.
In addition, nearby facilities provide top class clay pigeon shooting, archery, fishing, off road driving, and traditional shooting days. If you’d rather stay inside, we are full of imaginative ideas from cooking demonstrations to yoga retreats.
We’ve created a very flexible venue at Stubton Hall that can work for a wide range of activities and we’re always open to new ideas of how to use our beautiful space.
Location for film and photo shoots
The large rooms and ample grounds of Stubton Hall provide beautiful and interesting spaces for film and photo shoots. The house is decorated in a traditional, yet fresh manner and all rooms have large sash windows overlooking the surrounding countryside. Many of our rooms could be used as a blank canvas for clients to style as needed. And of course we have onsite catering, ample parking and loos plus the added benefit of our 15 bedrooms for use as locations or for overnight accommodation of cast and crew.
The entire house may be taken on a 24 hour basis or a small number of rooms on an hourly rate. Just ask!
