Our busiest days for weddings are always weekends, so our venue fee for Fridays and Saturdays reflects that high demand. But what about a Tuesday or Wednesday wedding? To celebrate the unfairly maligned Tuesday or Wednesday wedding, we offer an Affordable Tuesday & Wednesday Venue Fee at any time of the year (except on the week before Christmas). Yes, you can have an affordable Tuesday or Wednesday, even in August! Choose one of these weekdays and you will not only save thousands on the Stubton Hall venue fee, but you are also likely to find that photographers, hair and makeup artists, bands and other suppliers are not only easy to book, but may also discount their fees. Ceremony time must be at 2pm or later for a Tuesday or Wednesday wedding, but otherwise we aren't holding back on anything with this offer. A Tuesday or Wednesday wedding will adhere to the same high standard of delicious food and drink with excellent service as any of our weddings... and of course every wedding at Stubton Hall is on an exclusive-use basis, so you won't be sharing the venue with another party. One of the things that the pandemic taught us is to appreciate the little things. Even though we've returned to a normal pace of life, Stubton Hall is always happy to host smaller weddings. Weddings of less than 50 guests are normally most cost effective on weekdays, especially Tuesdays or Wednesdays when our venue fee is the least expensive. We know a lot about how to make any wedding intimate and elegant. Please contact us if you would like to discuss the ways in which we make smaller weddings special.

Whether you are looking for a grand dinner with an overnight stay or a leisurely lunch without bedrooms, we can host your event. Meals can be elegant seated affairs in our Orangery or Conservatory or casual hog roasts on the lawns. The choice is yours and you will have the reception rooms and grounds of Stubton Hall on an exclusive-use basis.

Our guideline prices were created to help you understand the price of an average wedding at Stubton Hall. While it is logical that these per head prices could increase depending on food and beverage choices, did you know that you can also decrease the per guest price? For example, you could choose to offer only one drink per person at the reception or opt for two courses at the table rather than three. Alternatively you could decide to have a hog roast or high tea in place of a three course meal.

Bedrooms are not included in the venue fee and are often paid by guests at check out the day after the wedding. Click here for our current bedroom rates. Of course we expect you to customise your choices and add on things like flowers, cake or evening buffet, but we like to do that in conversation with you. Please also remember that the prices on our website are guidelines. You may choose options which could change your prices slightly – but don’t worry, the choosing is all part of the fun!
