Arrive on Fri­day after­noon and settle in to your lux­uri­ous bed­room. Before a healthy din­ner, relax with a candlelit yoga class to melt away the cares of the world. On Sat­urday, start with morn­ing yoga, then choose wheth­er or not you want to take Cardio/​HIIT Train­ing before hav­ing a light lunch. In the after­noon par­take in a Core Pil­ates class or just take the time to relax. At the end of the day, stretch with a relax­ing yoga ses­sion, then have a well-deserved G&T or a healthy smooth­ie before hav­ing a deli­cious din­ner. Check­out on Sunday after breakfast.
