Arrive on Friday afternoon and settle in to your luxurious bedroom. Before a healthy dinner, relax with a candlelit yoga class to melt away the cares of the world. On Saturday, start with morning yoga, then choose whether or not you want to take Cardio/HIIT Training before having a light lunch. In the afternoon partake in a Core Pilates class or just take the time to relax. At the end of the day, stretch with a relaxing yoga session, opt for a massage, then have a well-deserved G&T or a healthy smoothie before having a delicious dinner. Checkout on Sunday after breakfast.
