We collect information necessary for planning and executing your event. This may include contact details for you and your guests, your chosen suppliers, and any details specific to your event.
We use Google Analytics on our website www.stubtonhall.co.uk to collect standard internet log information and patterns of visitor behaviour. We do this to analyse website use such as the number of visitors to the pages of our website. The cookies logged contain no personally identifiable information. Stubton Hall does not make, and we do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

When you log onto the Stubton Hall Guest Wi-Fi we collect details about your email address, device and sites visited. This information is not retained.
Stubton Hall will hold your data for the entirety of planning and executing your event. After your event we will continue to hold a smaller amount of this data for our business records, but we will never share or use this information for outside marketing purposes.
CCTV operates in public spaces at Stubton Hall. We do not archive these images unless there has been a specific problem. Please refer to your event terms and conditions for more information.
